Windows 10: My laptop gets a Stop code System_Service_Exception Blue screen error

Guys please help my laptop sometimes gets a blue screen error for no and random reason. I have an asus laptop windows 10 64bit. I have automatic microsoft windows update on so its always updated. I just updated all of my drivers (not sure if that's the cause of the blue screen) I have a free Bitdefender anti-virus and it never cause a problem before (not sure if that's the cause of the blue screen) the blue screen error is a stop code System_Service_Exception and I don't know what it means because I am not a tech expert. Also please don't tell me to reformat my laptop because I would like to fix the problem without resulting to reformatting and losing all of my personal files. Random blue screen error. Stop Code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I have only had my computer for 4 months and everything is up to date, but about once per week my computer will restart automatically after a few hours of working on it with stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and reason is imgk64md.sys. Any way I can
stop this from happening?

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics driver’s crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.
