Flashback, at around 11 a.m., I restarted my laptop for windows update. But 2 hours ahead there's nothing wrong with it. But when I let my laptop on screen i did not use it for about 10 minutes in condition wake up screen, when I back, my Wi-Fi connection is off and I want to turn it on and connect it with WiFi available in my campus.But, it turns out I cannot click the menu on Wi-Fi option both on the taskbar and in settingsThen I close all my tabs and click Shut DownBut, i found that my laptop gets trouble when I shut it down. I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Laptop will not power on or show charging indicator lights after Windows 10 Upgrade

The device is a Toshiba Satellite L15W-B1503 Laptop-Tablet 2-in-1. I upgraded the laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. The download of Windows 10 went fine. That same day I shut down the device. When I tried to restart it later, it would not boot up.
In fact, the amber light that shows it is plugged in and charging is not even lit up. Not sure what I can do since the charge indicator light is not even showing. Any suggestions on a fix or what the issue may be?
