Windows 10: My laptop goes to a black screen, freezes, or goes into a bsod when on Performance or Turbo...

I have an ROG Strix G513IE this problem actually started over a year ago but i just brushed it off because it wasnt bothering me. On my laptop if i go into silent mode it basically never or rarely crashes but i want to be able to play my games without my laptop overheating. If i go into performance or turbo mode after 30 minutes or so it crashes. When going into a bsod, i check my BlueScreenViewer after and it says the cause of the problem were because of ntoskernel.exe and I have reached out for support before and they have said that it was a memory problem.
