Windows 10: My laptop gone crazy, show abnormal behaviour

My infinix x1 laptopwindow 11 is suddenly gone crazy , refreshing autometically again and again it's not single time, it's happened continuously,it is so irritating and unable to use and when I open Google chrome there also refreshing and when I open notepad there automatic typing number continuously, on desktop screen there application are hide automatically, when click on desktop that time shows application and when I release clicking there again hide anything from desktop.Any know this problem.....plz give as a solution.

Abnormal behaviour of touch

My Lumia 720 touch is behaving abnormally. It is frequently opening the Apps at the top centre region automatically. Also,if the phone left unused,the App-list page is getting opened automatically. I did a hard reset, but the problem still persists. What
shall I do?

 

Hibernating laptop changes to sleep behaviour after Windows 10 May 2019 update

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the two steps (turning of Hybrid sleep and Fast startup) you suggested but to no avail. Okay, for your two questions:

1. My laptop is a HP Pavilion 14-bf101tx, and currently running Windows 10 1903 (upgrading from 1809).
2. Nope. No error messages. I suppose the boot process was successful, however, my battery was reduced. That's why I suggest the post title as "Hibernating changes to sleep behaviour" because the battery level reduction looks like sleep behaviour.

Please inform me of any diagnostics information you might need. Thank you for your kind assistance.

 

Abnormal behaviour of my WP

when ever I connect my charger to my windows phone to charge it , I see some abnormal behaviour on screen like it automatically selects some apps and closes and if I play games like hill climbing or temple run, without my involvement it jumps, moves forward
, backward etc.,
