Windows 10: My Laptop Got Troubles After Being Reseted

Well, a few months ago I reseted my computer, because it was getting slow, but it was working fine, when I reseted it, for some reason, suddenly I couldn't play some games, because it was locked at 14 FPS or lower, even though I had played before with 50+ FPS, and I couldn't change the brightness of my screen. It just didn't showed up, it's like I never had the option to change it. Please someone help me.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

 

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
