Windows 10: my laptop had turn off many times when i use it

My friends, I have a problem I'm trying to solve this problem and i fail many many The device that I am using turns off and a screen appears that says insurance and turns off the device I decided to Format the device and install a new Windows, and I downloaded it from a flash drive and burned Windows from the company's website, I mean, it's official Today I completed it, opened the device, activated Windows, and the shock came back, the same thing, they are the same problem The specifications of the laptop are very normal Second generation i5 processor Ram 4 GB and ssd lexar 128 GB

Here is a tip is you cant fix it, make it noticeable that you broke it...step on it *Wink "Oh my gawd, did i step on your lil ol laptop, im terribly sorry" Then she has no choice but to buy a new one.

 

My hp laptop wont turn on

This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

• Disconnecting the battery and adapter
• Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
• This should clear the flea power
