  4. My laptop has a code 19 error after latest update

    code 19

Hi. I had recently installed some updates for Windows 10 on my HP laptop. After that I am having trouble connecting my phone (HTC Desire 820 G Plus) to the laptop via USB. Before the updates, connection was never an issue. I checked the device manager which
initially showed me a Code 28. I uninstalled the driver and downloaded the latest driver from HTC's website. After installation, again it did not get connected. This time it is showing me a Code 19. I have tried troubleshooting as well. I have also uninstalled
and reinstalled the driver, as suggested by Microsoft Support website. But still the problem persists.

There is no problem in connecting phones of other companies.

Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

    Thank You.
