Windows 10: My Laptop has removed my accounts admin privileges and I can't get them back

Earlier today my laptop windows 11 had been working perfectly fine but after an update I signed in to find that my local drive was unavailable, this then led me to find that my account no longer had it's admin privileges despite the account still being listed as an admin. I've already tried online tutorials but none have been successful as I can't open the applications necessary as it tells me it cannot be accessed. I have also tried to factory reset my laptop but this hasn't worked either. My current windows version is Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000 Thank you!

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Need help with Admin privileges

That's what puzzles me, I am logged-in as (my username) but still won't give me admin privileges. I checked under control panel/users amd it shows me as a local account. Tried to right click on CMD prompt but the "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" doesn't show up
