Windows 10: My Laptop Has to Reboot twice to turn on

basically, if i leave my laptop closed for too long, opening it wont turn it on, so i have to push the power button until the blue light flashes briefly, then i have to release then hold the power button until the blue indicator light turns on, then keep holding until it turns off again, the let go then hold one final time, when the screen turns on. this process takes about 3-5 minutes, which makes it a pain in the a** to use for most things. How do i fix this?

Let us resolve your concern regarding frequent reboot. We suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your laptop.
• Turn on your laptop. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your laptop turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your laptop for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.

Log in twice to turn on computer

• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you try the steps provided below:

• Right click Start Button or press Windows key + X and select Settings.
• In the Settings app, navigate to Accounts > Sign-in options.
• On the Sign-in options screen, scroll down and under
  Privacy section, turn Off the Use my sign in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart option.
• Close Settings app and restart the machine, check if the issue is resolved.
