My laptop has windows 11 ,i try to restart it but it has been a long time since it stuck on restarting pleae help me in running my pc again

Uninstalled BitDefender, laptop stuck in restart

I have BitDefender Free version on Windows 10. I followed the instructions at Uninstall Bitdefender: How to uninstall or remove Bitdefender on Windows to uninstall it. Unfortunately, I followed with Windows 11 process rather than the Windows 10 process. This means uninstalling BitDefender from the APPWIZ.CPL tool rather than BitDefender Security folder. I got no complaint messages, but I was prompted to restart my laptop.



The laptop has been stuck in a startup step for about 10 minutes, with the message "Getting Windows ready. Don't turn off your computer".

1. Could this have been caused by following the Windows 11 process instead of the Windows 10 process?
   
2. At what point should I conclude that it is never going to finish?
   
3. Would it be safe to perform a hard reboot?

Windows 10(Enterprise)

windows stuck at "Restarting..." for long after received microsoft update

it's a desktop computer; and remote users connect to via remote desktop;

however, every time after received Microsoft update, the system will stuck at "Restarting..." for whole night, user has to manually force shutdown the computer and turn on.

Is there any hint or possible steps to trouble shooting this issue?

Windows restart takes an unreasonable amount of time. How to troubleshoot?

I restart my laptop once in a while. For whatever reason it can be stuck on the Restarting screen for 5 to 20 minutes.

What steps can I take to see why it takes such a long time?
