Windows 10: My Laptop have been crashing for months now

    My Laptop have been crashing for months now


    Hi so for the past 2 months since 14 December my laptop have been crashing more than twice a day for seemingly no reason. Event Id 4163 followed by Event Id 1101 I suspect it was caused by an SSU update installed during the same time. I've also reinstalled windows so I cant give any more details. However an update on 24 January somehow stopped the crashes for a few days but then just now 28 January the crashes has come back. However one thing i noticed is that the crashes happens whenever there's a security update before or after when I checked it in the Reliability Monitor. Also no

    I been having a problem for a month now: I've tried everything except restoring my PC to factory settings! There's an update my computer keeps telling me to restart and I have been restarting my PC I restarted it a half of a dozen times and it still tells me to restart.
