Windows 10: My laptop i stuck in a bluescreen and "prepering automatic repair" loop

i cant do anything. Before it got stuck i did a file clean or somthing but i stoped mid way and after i booted to windows my screen starter flashing Gray. I tried restarting it and got to the loop.
