Windows 10: My laptop infrequently lags despite low cpu/gpu/memory usage

Hi,Problem: The system gets very slow suddenly. Running any program takes a long time. The same programs usually run smoothly. On checking taskmanager, the CPU/memory/GPU usages are below 50%. The CPU core temperature is also below 60C and fan is not running at high speed.When it happens: The issue happens in the middle of usage. I would be playing a game which is running smoothly and suddenly the PC gets slow. The FPS drops from 80-120 to 20-30 or even <10. The issue does not recover with reboot and persists for some time.How does it get recovered: Not sure if its reboot shutdown + manual

Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming. 100% gpu usage! 6.5gb ram usage! 65% cpu usage! Disk does fine, though. Windows 10, 21H2

All right, first let's check if one with PCI-Express is in a version below, the strange thing is that CPU and GPU bottlenecks are occurring at the same time, we'll have to see on the part.

What resolution are you using?

What is the motherboard brand?

Low gpu usage in roblox and gpu usage dropping

I can run other games with quite normal GPU usage like 30 - 60 CPU Usage and 70-100 GPU Usage in other games but I noticed that I have other games on HDD disk and Roblox on SSD disk and I was wondering if this might be Disk issue. On the one of screenshots at UserBenchmark results that says to plug in SSD disk into SATA 3.0 port with SATA 3.0 cabel. My problem is low GPU Usage in roblox but in some cases I have pretty high gpu usage and then it drops from like 50% to 20%.

I forgot to add that I have ddr3 ram 1333Mhz
