    13 year old still considered a child in canada?

    Why is a 13 year old still required to have parental controls? I'm in Canada, so shouldn't a 13 year old be able to manage his own account? The birthdate listed in the account is correct.

    Windows 11 upgrade eligiblity for Alienware Dell laptop

    I have a 3-year-old Alienware 13 R3 Dell laptop that "doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11". I've checked the requirements and my current setup seems to meet them all. I rang Dell to check if they could tell me what I could upgrade on my specification and they told me it's not that my laptop doesn't meet the minimum technical requirements, it's simply that Microsoft has not listed this model as being eligible for Windows 11. Are the eligibility lists likely to be reviewed?
