Windows update & RTX 3060 problem

My laptop:

HP Victus 16-e0xxx

Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit Build 19044

AMD Ryzen 5 5600H

RTX 3060 & AMD Radeon Graphics

For the past 4 month, every time Windows did an update, it break the RTX.

The screen refused to turn on or having a seizure for hours. It only works after several attempts of force restart.

And when I managed to get in, it disabled the RTX as if it's bricked. For some reason I tried system restore instead of throwing it into a scrap, and it works again.

Not really a problem, that's what I thought.

Until this month where Windows forced update every single time I turned the laptop on. This is getting annoying and I tried many ways to disable the update but it always forcing the update regardless.

So, my question is,

1. Anyone has similar problem with this laptop?

2. Is there a solution for this?

3. Why would Windows update break your laptop?)

And the fan behavior you're experiencing might be due to a fan curve issue. You can use MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision to adjust the fan curve.

New Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti not recognized, need help troubleshooting

Last year I got on a waiting list. In October I received two notifications at the same time. I had 48 hours to pick either the: 1) ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Republic of Gamers Strix V2 OC 2) ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 TUF GAMING V2 OC I chose the RTX 3060 Ti and paid $650 USD. I could have bought the card anytime elsewhere but there was no way I was going to pay the buy now price then of $1000-$1100 USD.
