    My laptop is being dodgy.


    There were problems before but they haven't in the past 3 hours.

    When I turned on my laptop and plugged in the charger it said 100%- which is odd because it takes ages for it to reach 100. Anyway, I took out the charger because I assumed it was actually fully charged. I come back to the laptop and click something and it makes a shutter noise and turns off. I try turning it on and the battery basically went to 0% in the span of 2 seconds. It's been 5 houron charge and it's still on 0%. It's a Lenovo ideapad 110S. Please help.

    Dodgy Cable/Socket?


    You could have a dodgy cable or USB socket.

    Remove all of your USB devices.
    Then try each of them (individually) to see if you can tell which device/socket is responsible.

    For example, connect only a keyboard or mouse and then try:
    • Jiggling the cable to see if it is responsible
    • Swapping the cable to a different USB socket and try again
