Windows 10: My Laptop is booting very slowly and loads after getting to Desktop

Hi My Laptop is Dell Latitude 5591 core i5 8th gen 2.5Ghz, 8GB RAM, 256GB M.2 Nvme SSD, Nvidia MX130 2GB GPU, From 2-3 days it's taking time to boot up and after logging to windows 10 it loads up taskbar and app which is frustrating. Any help for it?

At the time of boot . My laptop load Desktop apps slowly

when I enable/install these services my laptop load desktop application slowly

• Other problems like enabling WSL(Windows service for Linux)
• Installing database like oracle 11g
• Enabling virtualization

 

Files loading slowly, Graphics slowest

Winver: 21H2 /19049 /1526 Working with Intel NUC i7-8809G 3.10ghz. 16GB memory. 2 1GB SSD. 1TB desktop drive. Radeon VegaM GH graphics. After the NUC started life as a champion performer, the system is slowing down. Large graphics can take as long as 10 seconds to load. Long text documents are also slower, but acceptable. Loading works in all cases, but very slowly compared to what I'm used to. What steps can I take or what resources can I use to diagnose the situation?

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
