    My laptop is claiming it doesn't have Bluetooth, even though it does.


    I have an HP Pavilion 15, that was purchased in January 2023. I use Bluetooth earbuds Samsung brand and have been using them to connect to my laptop since I had it, and never had any issues, today I tried connecting but the laptop kept saying the connection failed, I tried to turn the Bluetooth on and off, but it caused Bluetooth to disappear completly. When I used troubleshooting to fix it, it proclaimed my laptop does not have Bluetooth which I know is untrue. I don't currently reside in the nation I bought the laptop in meaning I cant bring it back to the store and bring up the warranty,

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

    I have done all the following steps:

    - installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
    - hit windows update
    - updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
    - updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
    - turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
    - conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
    - conducted hardware troubleshooting
