    My laptop is either stuck on the loading screen or stuck on a black screen


    What happened was I got disconnected from my wifi and the wifi icon turned into VPN. I restart my laptop thinking it's just a glitch, however it's stuck on a black screen. I tried force restarting several times hoping the Advanced Start-up Screen would appear but unfortunately it didn't. It's stuck either on the loading screen or just plain black.
