Windows 10: My laptop is freeze

My problem is that my laptop freezes at first, it used to happen after a long time of turning on the device and it started to decrease and decrease until it started to freeze directly while trying to put the password, I did not update Windows to the latest update and also every time I tried to do something in the advanced options it hangs at the end before any download is complete, I also tried automatic repair and it did nothing, I tried to check the storage, memory and tmp and they were all successful in the quick test, the problem started when I was playing with mods and increases after I t

Laptop freeze

Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times. Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.
