Windows 10: My laptop is freezing constantly

Whenever I boot my laptop and open anything it works for a couple of minutes and then freezes. There isn't even a "not responding" error. When the laptop freezes I cannot use the keyboard for anything, can't use ctrl+alt+del or any other shortcut. I cannot use my laptop for writing this post either. I wrote to feedback hub but I'm not sure if it posted or not.I tried booting into safe mode. Safe mode seemed to work well without freezing problems

Windows 10 Constantly Freezes

Windows 10 on PC constantly freezes. I called support with no help. It freezes every 2-3 minutes. This is unacceptable and I don't know what to do. The Windows rep suggest that I could go back to Windows 8. I've had 10 for almost two months and I would
like to keep it; I just want it to stop freezing my PC. I have tried the various suggestions given to no avail, this is a Windows 10 problem. PLEASE HELP
