    My laptop is in a continuous cycle


    As i tried to factory reset my laptop, it shut off on accident. Now every time i try to start up my laptop the laptop gives the maessage: ''This computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click ''OK'' to restart the comoputer and then restart the installation''. But if i click ok or turn off the laptop it just goes back to that screen. What do i do?

    Hi Richard,

    I wonder why your PC hard drive cycles continually.

    What were the recent changes made on your PC, specifically on your PC hardware?

    When did the issue start? Can you share with me how you noticed that your hard drive cycles continually?

    If the issue occurred after doing some hardware changes, it is possible that you need to ask for a manufacturer's advice to resolve this.

    My laptop is in a continuous cycle

    Hard drive continually cycling

    I have a new Dell machine with Windows 10 on which the hard drive is continually cycling. The drivers are up to date. I started the machine in safe mode, and the cycling stopped, but I had no access to any Office products, which is of course a non-solution.
    How can I solve this annoying problem? Any assistance will be much appreciated.
