Windows 10: My Laptop is in Bootloop despite having done everything. How to fix it??

I was installing a Windows update on my Lenovo laptop but it was interrupted due to the battery, when I turned it on it went into Bootloop so I tried the solution that appears in the advanced options, then uninstalling the feature and quality updates and finally Run cmd with its respective command to solve it. Despite everything, the problem was not solved so I resigned myself to formatting my computer. At the end of the process I reinstalled the applications I already used, along with some Windows updates. After approximately 3 hours the computer asked me to restart it so that the updates could be installed and after the restart the blue screen returned with the Windows recovery options, so I did the steps mentioned at the beginning again (solver, updates and cmd) and upon finishing the cmd and restarting it entered Bootloop again. How do I fix it???

Bootloop

I recently dropped my Asus laptop and it is stuck in a bootloop it will turn on and go to the repair option screen but wont fix it goes into a bootloop I only have my phone that I can download onto but I have a c port to USB device is there anyway I can
fix this issue

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

While everyone is thinking about a fix for your current system, I'm going to suggest moving to an AMD Ryzen system,
An R5 2600 Processor or higher would be ideal for your intended usage, and is reasonably cheap compared to Intel, the largest cost would be the DDR4 Ram currently.
You can also list your current system for sale in the forum's buy/sell/ trade section to offset the cost.
