Windows 10: My laptop is infected with Y2MATE.COM - how to remove?

My laptop is infected with Y2MATE.COM. I have tried to run my Noton antiviruse program and also Microsoft Safety Scan. Neither one of these tools detect it or fix it. Searching the WEB I find several solutions and a lot of garbage about how to get rid of it. Most do a scan then want to charge to fix it. Some of the instructions are not valid from my WIndows 10 system. Anyone in the community have a good answer to help me get rid of it? Thanks.

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

There is no one set of "boilerplate", "cookbook" or standard steps.
Each computer is unique.
Each malware infection is unique.
Proper diagnosis, cleanup and repair depends on the particular infection and the system that is infected.
The process can be tedious and time-consuming, often requiring the use of multiple powerful tools, in the proper sequence.
Many of them can actually damage the system if deployed improperly by untrained computer users.

Bottom line:
