Windows 10: my laptop is installed with genunie winow 7 professional 32 bit inadverently some programme...

i am using window 7 professional 32 bit licensed . some program got deleted by mistake. now at start tray app is being installed by window installer but some component missing. how to solve this problem

As per the heading I have installed a 32 bit programme onto my Windows 7 32 bit laptop but I can't see it anywhere in programs etc. I have been to the add/remove programmes and it is listed there. I have also tried accessing it via the search box but no
luck either

Can anyone give me some advice please on where the programme might be and how to access it.

Windows 7 OEM move from 32-bit to 64-bit

I have a Dell Vostro 3700 laptop running OEM 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the 32-bit disks but not 64-bit disks. I would like to move up to a 64-bit operating system. I believe the i5-560M CPU supports 64-bit processing. I cannot download a 64-bit
version of Windows 7 Home Premium from Microsoft any more. Can I:

• Reserve and install a 32-bit version of Windows 10.
• Then download a 64-bit version of Windows 10 from Microsoft for free and activate with my current product key.

 

Windows 10 Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit

So, Windows 10 Upgrade is being rolled out worldwide, and I have 'reserved' my upgrade.

Currently my computer is running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. I'm planning to 'upgrade' it to Windows 10 64-bit (via fresh install, of course).

After reading many references, these will be the steps I'll do:

1. Let the "Get Windows 10" app upgrade my OS to Windows 10 32-bit
   
2. Note the activation key
   
3. Download the Installation Media for Windows 10, but choosing 64-bit instead
   
4. Perform a clean install
   
5. Reactivate using the activation key in Step #2
   

(Of course I'll backup my data first.)

However, I still have some questions:

1. On Windows 7, the activation key does not differ between 32- or 64-bit versions. Is it still so with Windows 10?
   
2. Will I be able to download a different architecture on Step #3?
   
3. Is there anything I need to prepare beforehand?
