Windows 10: My laptop is just not allowing me to open anything!

So recently I have been experiencing issues where my Laptop is not working properly:

- anything I try to open gets closed immediately

- anything I try to type into gets deleted before the letter even has 1 second to stay there

- I tried restarting 3 times and each time i was brought to “Please select boot device:

Windows Boot Manager

Enter Setup”

when I tried Enter Setup, in the middle of my screen it flashes “Exit without saving?”

and when i pick the 1st option it launches without fixing any of the issues above.

Please Help me!

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
