Windows 10: My laptop is lagging repeatedly

Good day, i bought a new laptop called dell inspiron 3541 and that laptop has amd radeon graphics and amd A6. When I thought it was without any software, I went to download it directly to the notebook The software but after I downloaded the software it started freezing repeatedly after 2 seconds and I searched but couldn't find anything so I uninstalled the software but it still froze so I went to Device manager and disabled amd Radeon graphics there it stopped crashing but I couldn't run games some apps so I enabled it but it still crashed so I did it completely But it still didn't work so I

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Please log in as normal. Open only the task manager.

About 3 minutes after logging in, post a screenshot of your task manager, Processes tab - thus:
