    after fresh installation and activation of windows, when i do factory data reset in case, i have to perform activation again and again..? i mean when ever i reset my pc i have to activate windows or it will take directly/automatically ..? because i have lifetime windows activation , now i am changing to SSD, So i want to clear this doubt.

    hi,

    i am using Lenovo ideapad , i have some quarries regarding windows OS installation,

    1) It is better to migrate Windows OS to new SSD after Factory data reset Or should i fresh install windows OS..?

    2) I tried Lenovo recovery media but it failed due to Mcoffe so i want to migrate OS it is better option to do this or any option is available

    3) after migrate/fresh installation how to claim windows genuine version, currently i have life time windows activation with digital license.

    4) and i need steps to reactivate my windows 10 in new SSD.

    5) Will i get MsOffice, after fresh installation because now i have it on my laptop.

    Should I update graphics driver? Lenovo Ideapad 330s-15ikb

    Hello,

    I have a Lenovo Ideapad 330s-15ikb model and I was wondering if I should update my graphics drivers?
    I got a notification that new general drivers are available but I'm not sure if I should update or not. (I'm not sure if I am using general drivers or OEM ones)

    The one I have currently installed is the one from Lenovo's webpage: AMD VGA Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - 330S-14IKB, 330S-15IKB - GB



    My notebook is the 81f500gyhv model which means it has Intel core i5-8250u AND (!!!!) AMD radeon 540. It's NOT a ryzen machine!!!!!!!!!


    The one AMD offers to install is MUCH newer than the one I have. I did not use any external utilities, the driver downloaded from lenovo itself is offering the upgrade.

    Lenovo ideapad 330-15ikb type 81dc no elan settings

    All the drivers are installed from the lenovo website. Model is lenovo ideapad 330-15ikb core i3 7100u and mx110. Windows installed from microsoft website and the rest of the drivers dont install. When i run the installer,it says that it installed sucessfully
    but when i reboot nothing pops about that driver.
