Windows 10: My laptop is locked for 2 hours... I know my 6digit pin ... my fingerprint used to work...

My laptop is locked for 2 hours... I know my 6digit pin ... my fingerprint used to work before... I forgot my login password.... in login section it says your pin is required to login.... when I enter my pin it says to wait for 2 hours .. I am not getting "forgot password" option... I even know my Microsoft account password ... how will I unlock my laptop... passwords are not working

Unable to Access Windows - PIN and Fingerprint Issues

Hello,

I am experiencing issues accessing my Windows account due to problems with the PIN and fingerprint login. Here are the steps I followed and the issues encountered:

1. I entered an incorrect PIN several times.
   
2. I decided to change the PIN. I successfully logged into my account. and attempted to change the PIN, but an error occurred during the process.
   
3. Now, I am unable to log in using the PIN, and it is blocked for 2 hours.
   
4. I am offered the option to use fingerprint authentication, but it does not work.
   
5. I am not given the option to log in using my password or account credentials, even though I logged in with them when attempting to change the PIN.
   

How can I regain access to Windows?

laptop fingerprint and face lD lock, PIN lock. Keeps on resetting

Dear MS Team, I have a few users including me who has the issue where our laptop fingerprint and face lD lock, PIN lock. Keeps on resetting. It ask to reset it every time after restart. We have no company policy, no external software in action. I have already performed a few steps from MS site. but it did not work. Please advise. Regards, Jay

Locked out of Windows 10 & I don't know the PIN nor the password

Here is the thing, I've forgotten my administrator account password and the PIN to log in to my laptop. Usually I use the fingerprint option but it said it couldn't recognize my fingerprint so now it requires the password or the PIN.

I already triet booting in safe mode but everything requires a password that I don't know, even the Command Prompt.

So basically I'm locked out.

Any suggestions?
