Windows 10: My laptop is locked out with BitLocker, and I don't have the code. I need a new code?

My laptop, an HP Envy, started showing the Bitlocker screen on Jan. 4th. I logged into the account, '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' and found the bitlocker code, and unlocked the laptop. On Jan 7th, the laptop locked up again, and had an new code for a new bitlocker. That code did not show up in the Microsoft account, and I tried deleting the one from Jan. 4th, but nothing is working. I need the code on that "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***."

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

1.)once I open and turn on my laptop it directly takes me to a blue screen asking for the bit locker code

2.) I never even knew what a bit locker code was until that day, I never set up any code on my laptop

3.) when I sign in, it says that there is no available code and that is weird because is set up my laptop with that email/account

 

Blizzard Security Code

Does anyone know where and how to get this code. Yes I have started a ticket with Blizzard about it. I just don`t see where or how to get the security code.

I got 2 different emails saying such and such tried to use my email address to login, but it was not my battle tag, since then I have not been able to log in.

I have over 80GB of Destiny 2 data I can`t even use *Mad They are going to a new platform in October, not sure if that will help me or lock me out permanently.

OK, I got the code through my google mail account (which I never use anyway) but now it`s telling me I need an authenticator.

LOL they don`t even list Destiny 2 anymore, I suppose it`s because it`s being moved and it was a Partner game anyway *Confused
