Windows 10: MY LAPTOP IS MESSING UP I HAD TO FACTORY RESET IT AND I CANT DO ANYTHING

I reset my laptop cause i had to and when it booted back up i lost the windows store app and i cant find it or reinstall it. I cant reinstall discord or anything else because every **** time i try this pops up "There’s a problem with this app. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." and its really pissing me tf off. how do i fix it?

Reset Acer Travelmate to factory settings

Hi all, I have an Acer Travelmate with Win10 (1607), I would like to save Win 10 to a stick, then reset the laptop back to factory settings and then reinstall Win10. There is no program on the laptop that requires saving. Any advice or suggestions, not to technical, would be very much appreciated, thanks Roy
