Windows 10: My laptop is micro stuttering after every 40-60 sec

Does anyone know how to fix it?

This issue started after a windows update.
It's really annoying while playing games or listening to videos
like it gets choppy sound after every 40 sec...

Micro stuttering while gaming

Unpark CPU cores seems to help alot but there is still a little tiny tiny stutters that appear for 0,5 sec but rarely im still thinkin there is a way to remove it completely and so unparkin cores helped for me but not completely . There is other suggestions that can you offerd? Sleeping dogs runs alot smoother now but still there is 1% stutter xD

Micro-stuttering every few seconds in Windows 10.

For me, the problem was caused by electronic interference from a WiFi router device. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L755 and is located, when the micro-stuttering audio occurs, 4 feet away from the WiFi router. I know this to be the cause because when
I use my laptop in another room of my house, the laptop is then located at a distance of about 30 feet away from the WiFi router, there is NO micro-stuttering audio problem. In fact, I have noticed the audio stuttering problem occurs also on my iPhone when
located within 5 feet of the WiFi router.

Solution:

Move your laptop away, the WiFi router away or both devices away from each other.
