Windows 10: My laptop is not able to update to full Windows 11, as the processor is not acceptable, but...

My laptop started with Windows 10. When Windows 11 was introduced I was offered the chance to upgrade but your check showed that my processor i7-6700HQ is not compatible. A little later the automatic system update downloaded Windows 11 22H2. I am now told that updates will not continue and that I need to update to full Windows 11. But my process is not acceptable and you are sending me a message to say that my system does not meet requirements. What can I do>?

Why is my processor "Intel i7-4510u" not on the window 11 accept list?

 

the processor isnt currently supported for windows 11

When I run PC Health Check it shows that my laptop meets all the system requirements to be able to upgrade to windows 11. However, my processor (Intel Core i3 - 5157U) is not on the list of windows 11 processors.

Please can someone at microsoft add my processor to the list as the Health Check shows that my laptop is suitable for windows 11 and is being rejected simply because my processor is not on the lis

 

"New" 12th generation Intel Core i7-1255U not on "Windows 11 supported Intel processors" list

This seems like to prevents me from install Windows 11 22H2 patch 5017321 on my brand new Acer Aspire 5 Intel Core i7-1255U, that was OEM-preinstalled with Windows 11. After multiple attempt on Windows Update, no suggestion on new update appeared. Tried with "Windows Update Catalogue" but got a message that prevent install (Like: This installer not applicable for your device")

Note: I was able earlier via Windows Update to update earlier pacthes and drivers for this laptop but as mentioned above not the latest one.

Is the reason for my trouble the absent of "my "processor" in Windows 11 supported Intel processors list and will it be presented or newer on that list?

Strange, because "my" processor is has newer generation Intel Core i7 than what is on that list now.
