Windows 10: My laptop is not charging after updating the windows10 with new update 1903 version

After updating my laptop windows 10 with new update 1903 version ,my laptop is not charging.When i connected Charger plug to my laptop it was showing only plugged-in and not charging .

Regarding this problem ,I had updated my laptop BIOS and there was no result and it was showing the same plugged-in and not charging problem.

And then I uninstalled the battery drivers and reinstalled my battery drivers in laptop and this process also did not solved my problem.And also

I tried to reset my battery settings to default settings through command prompt and from this process also my laptop charging problem did not solved.

I think there was an bug in new update 1903 version.

Is there any other process to solve my laptop charging problem????????

Window 10, Version 1903 May Update

1. Why are all of the links that you listed not completed. On my computer currently it has Windows 10 Home Version 1803, installed 6/29/2018 with O.S. Build 17134.799. It has used space of 187 GB and 257 GB of free space.

I attempted to install Version 1903 Manually, through Settings/Windows Update, Windows 10 Update Assistant, and other ways without success. I have spent the better part of the past 3 days trying to get this accomplished on my laptop. It has worked on my
PC but not on the laptop.

Listed below are the different error messages that I get after the download stops each time at 90% and converts back to previous settings:

a. Windows 10, Version 1903 error message (0x80240034)

b. We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x800703fb)

c. We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0xC1900101 - 0x4000D)

d. Feature update to Windows 10, Version 1903, We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80070652)

If there are ways to get this latest update installed on my laptop, please let me know what I have to do in detail, step by step.

Windows Home 10 update from 1803 to 1903

I have windows 10 x64 home edition, version 1803.

I'm trying to update it to the new onw, version 1903, but my pc freezes every time when the installation is going to finish (around 80%).

I tried to update the OS in different ways:

1. Start > Settings > Update
   & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.
   If updates are available, install them.
2. Download the Update Assistant
3. Download the Media Creation Tool 1903

The result is always the same.

No errors, only pc freezing.

What do you suggest to do?

 

Microsoft to charge for Updates

Yea, I don't think microsoft would add this nail.. and charge you for security updates. If anything they are gearing there product around the way apple does OSX. I can see them moving to that model. Do away with a new OS every 3 years and start charging for incremental updates. Instead of charging $300+ up front for a new version of Windows.. Do like Apple, and charge around $100(not actual.. I've not own a new apple OSX machine in awhile) for an update. It sounds good on paper and it would be good for people that buy OEM machines, but for us it won't be as friendly adding as much hardware and reformating as often as we do with our machines.

I see this as Microsoft just fishing to see there customers reaction.
