Windows 10: My laptop is not running like it used to

Hi, I have an HP Pavilion, and for some reason, it's been a little slow, well very slow, and I just don't seem to find the problem, I factory reset the whole thing since I have my files on a cloud and it doesn't work, I mostly used it for college and play games like Minecraft, War Thunder, World of Warships and Fortnite. It used to run those games on high settings on 1080p at more than a hundred fps easily, now it won't even do 40FPS For reference:Minecraft: fancy graphics/1080P/25 chunks = 90fps-120fpsAnd now it just doesn't wanna run above 40fpsMy specs are:I5-10300HGTX1650 8GB32 RAM 3200MHz
