Windows 10: My laptop is not starting

    My laptop is not starting


    Today I have updated my hp laptop but after the update when my pc got restarted it got stuck in a continuous loop.Whole screen is black and just cursor and a blue solid load is showing.I have tried restarting my pc multiple times but that also not worked.I have pressed ctrl+alt+ del to open task manager but that also not opened.What should I do now
