    My Laptop is now getting slower


    So, it's been almost 2 yrs of owning my laptop. Maybe that's the reason for my laptop being slow, but I just don't have enough patience for chrome to load. It takes ages. While it may be worth noting that I do update my laptop regularly, and maintain fragmented disks. I also have several unwanted settings off and bloatware out. Maybe the reason is that sometimes I keep my laptop in sleep mode overnight. If that is the case, can I know how to get the original speed of my laptop back? Thanks a ton in advance!

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
