system restore continous loop. cannot shut down.it is frozen in a cotinous loop.

Hi Albert,

As you have stated that you are stuck in a loop, can you tell us in which stage of the restore you are in.

For now, I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to access the desktop screen.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.

Once done, update us on the current status of you PC so that we can assist you proceed with further troubleshooting.
