Windows 10: my laptop is showing a blank/black screen with cursor this started today morning after...

I have tried win+ctrl+shift+b nothing worked and ctrl+alt+del didn't work win+p didn't work can anyone pls help with this.

Some mornings, Laptop running, screen stays black...

There was no sound?
The mouse cursor did not move?

• Were you able to get to the desktop screen after you restarted the system?
  
• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
  
• Did you get any error code or error message?
