Windows 10: My laptop is slowing down

My Laptop is slowing down after some time of usage. It usually slows down after I close the lid and open it back. My CPU is Ryzen 7 3700x and RAM is 16 gb so I don't think there's any problem with the specs. The laptop is brand new. When my laptop slows down it acts like when the CPU usage hits 100%. Apps take ages to load. Mouse cursor works slowly. Internet speed gets awfully low. I tried disabling every startup app but the problem still exists. I never disable my Windows Defender and as soon as some virus enters I immediately remove it. I'm trying a full scan right now and will try an offline scan later but the quick scan isn't showing any problems. I'm pretty sure it's a malware cuz a few of my social media accounts also got hacked a few days ago (possibly through keylogger). I tried resetting my Windows but it didn't help either. I think someone is mining bitcoin through my PC and eating up my CPU (although the task manager doesn't show anything which is strange). I have to restart my laptop every time for it to work properly. And Microsoft support though..... the queue times are so long in my country that it takes a whole day to get to the support. Please help me out guys this thing is bugging me for days. Thnx!

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
