    My laptop is stuck at 0.39 GHz speed although I have a 2.50GHz CPU. Please help me!


    This problem appeared like 3 days ago and I really don't know why. I haven't done anything that could've affected that except some windows updates which I don't really think are the problem. I tried some things in regedit which I got from youtube and troubleshooted windows updates but it didn't work.P.S: My laptop is Windows 10 with 8gb ram, 64-bit operating system and x64 based processor.

    cpu stuck at 0.78 ghz when on battery speeds up to 2.67 ghz and slows down to 1.30 ghz.

    hello, this is a copy of my old comment "helo" there are some diffrence because my laptop changed > My cpu fan is not working while plugged in so cpu speed is stuck at 0.78 ghz.

    my computer is 2.30 ghz average speed. max is about 2.70 or more and cpu speed up to 2.70

    ghz and my cpu fan goes to full speed when on battery, and then slows down to 1.30 ghz or 1.00 ghz. what causes this and how do i fix it? also i think there might be some errors on this comment, Windows 21h2. intel core i5-5300U. i tried to change power plan settings restarted my laptop a few times edited power plan settings max cpu 100% and minimum 100% i changed and it didnt work. it i s very annoying. the problem started now. also i tried to update my windows and didnt work

    Help!!!! CPU operating at only 0.51 GHz

    Look at the Performance tab and at the bottom click Open Resource Monitor, check if you are seeing only 1 core out of the 2, 3 or 4 on the CPU. I get different speeds depending on the core, usually waiting a bit will step through the cores.

    My cpu base speed stuck at 0,8 GHz

    Hello people, My cpu base speed is stuck at 0,8 GHz, otherwise my CPU is doing well. The only problem is that i now cant update window because the cpu is lower than 1GHz. Window require a CPU that is higher then at least 1 GHz. I have a Intel core i7 -4790K.
