Windows 10: My laptop is stuck in Aptio setup utility 2020 American mega trends inc

The only options it’s given me is:MainSecurityBootSave and exitI’ve clicked save and exit and it keeps taking me back to the main page of the Aptio setup utility I’ve tried turning it on and off again aswell and it’s just brought me back my laptops a venturer and i have no idea how to get off of it

Stuck on "aptio setup utility 2020 american megatrends" screen. Googled a ton, all answers involved launch csm or resetting to default. I have none of those options. Windows 11.

Haier Laptop Stuck in Aptio Setup Utility-2018

I have a Hair Y11c that froze on me. I shut it down and restarted my laptop, now I am stuck in the Aptio Setup Utility 2018. Ive tried everything (there is no CSM option) and am still stuck in this menu and cant
boot up. Any suggestions?
