Windows 10: My laptop is stuck in power on and does not accept my finger print nor password.

Hi I'm Rumbul user of Asus vivobook S15 OLED. I'm unable to sign in on my laptop. It's not accept my finger print nor password. I request you to look on this matter and please try to resolve and fix this problem.Thank you

Finger print reader will not accept my right index finger

Hello,

I have been experiencing an issue with my windows 10 laptop. It will not accept my right index finger. When I try to add it to the biometrics I receive an error - "Sorry, something went wrong. Close windows hello, then try going through the setup again."

The result is the same after numerous tries. I can confirm that it does accept my other fingers fine and that I had been using that finger before; prior to recently making some changes with my local account profile.

I suspect that there is some memory of my fingerprint stored that becomes a clash if I try to add it to my new profile.

Any suggestions?

finger print scanner on my hp laptop stopped working after 2019-08 update to 1903 KB4512508. suggestions please.

 

After Windows update, finger print not able to read and unable to login as no password was set

Today after windows update my laptop is showing please enter pin number for finger print sensor. I am unable to login as no password was set finger print not able to read. Before windows update it was working ok . Can anybody suggest me way to login ?
