My laptop is stuck on the “lets connect to a network” screen during startup. No networks showingblankand not a wifi issue. Can’t seem to get past this page.

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

Stuck on lets connect you to a network

In your description, after installing Windows 11, you got stuck at the "Let's connect to the network" step in the system setup, and when you wanted to open the Command Prompt to do something else, you pressed shift+F10 and fn+shift+F10 didn't work.

This phenomenon is probably normal, because Windows 11 does not allow users to skip the network settings, the reason why it is stuck is probably because your computer is not connected to the network, please try to connect a cable, or connect to a wireless network, to see if it can be normal to carry out the "Let's connect to the network" step after doing so.
