Windows 10: my laptop is stucked on windows repair loop when turning on. How to resolve?

I tried to reset the pc but it shows THERE WAS A PROBLEM RESETTING YOUR PC. There is no system restore point and no USB for me to do system restore. The only way I have is delete all files and reset everything but it failed.I hit RESTART PC and was stucked in Windows repair loop. i tried below attempts&n

Stuck in a loop after windows performed repair

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

My acer laptop was stuck in an automatic repair loop but now is stuck at 1% of factory reset

Okay, so yesterday when I turned my laptop on it was stuck at the acer screen. After some googling I turned it off and on again and repeatedly pressed f8 to to an automatic repair. This did nothing so I tried some troubleshoot options and none of them
worked. I was left in a infinite loop of automatic repair. I then decided to do a factory reset, but now it has been stuck at 1% for about two hours. If anyone has a solution can you please tell me in baby steps because I am a complete noob at this sort of
thing. I have an acer ES1-531 laptop.
