    My laptop is suddenly unrecognisable


    I switched on my laptop yesterday and it was just as if I was looking at somebody else's machine! Everything seems to have changed from the initial screen and background colour to all my items on the taskbar and icons on the screen. I see there was a Microsoft update yesterday - is this the cause? I have tried to uninstall the update but cannot. Can somebody tell me what is going on please? How can Microsoft override settings I have been customising for years?

    Unrecognised Username in Generic Credentials for SSO_POP_Device

    Whilst trying to resolve a different problem of Windows 10 Outlook 2010 suddenly repeatedly asking me to reenter my password for one of my POP3 email account, during which I found a suggested solution was to delete any Outlook related credentials, I discovered
    an unrecognised SSO_POP_Device Username "02tekrquesxfj".

    If I have no programes with that username, is it ok to go ahead and remove this credential?

    Android phone is shown as unrecognised

    My Android phone is shown as unrecognised in Device and printers. However I can transfer files etc.
    I use Asus laptop running Windows 10
