Windows 10: My laptop isn't able to do basic tasks and I cannot understand why

These are the specs of my laptop:I3 11th Gen 3.0 Ghz4 GB RAM inbuilt, 4 GB additional RAM total 8 GB256 GB SSD Which has Windows1TB HDD My laptop has been lagging for some time. I have tried reinstalling Windows deleting everything, but nothing has worked so far. It is not even 2 years old now, but I am unable to perform basic tasks. Even opening task manager takes about 1 minute. But it shows no sign of major issue. Is it possible for anyone to help me?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Suggestions for multi-tasking laptop

Good day. I need some help picking out a new laptop and was wondering if I could get some suggestions from the members here.

The laptop will be for personal and business use and needs to be able to run multiple applications simultaneously with ease. It also has to have a Windows OS. As far as budget, I'm undecided, but I'm prepared to spend over $1,500. If you could, maybe suggest a low end laptop around $1,500 and another slightly better machine around the $2,000-$2,200 mark.

To give you an idea of what the machine will be handling on a daily basis, listed below are the applications I currently have running and usually have running at all times.

--Google Chrome with 7 tabs open (blogs/forums)
--Photoshop CS4 with 3 files open, the largest being a 2550x3300 pixel, 35MB file
--Spotify
--Microsoft Word
--FilaZilla Cilent
--IrfanView
