Windows 10: My Laptop isnt turning on and my power light is blinking very slowly. Why?

Hello, I have been having issues with my Lenovo Ideapad gaming laptop. For whatever reason, i cant turn on my laptop, but when i try to press the power button, it starts blinking every 5 seconds, the light is on for 5 seconds, then its off for 5 seconds.This started happening after a Blue Screen of Death with the error code being: "DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". Which i suppose the reason why my PC isnt turning on is a faulty driver.I still do not know how to fix this, this happened to me a couple months ago aswell, but the error randomly went away. It used to let me start my laptop after a

Power Light blinks before Shutting Down

I thought the same thing. My PC does that.. red light blinks until it's fully shut down.

 

Laptop goes to sleep after undocking it from the station

Power troubleshooter came up with nothing.

Here is what I mean by machine does not come back up. Step by step process of what happens:

• Computer is on an plugged into docking station.
• I press the eject button on the docking station and the laptop is released. (Note I have also pressed the power button on the docking station first which makes the screen go black, but that does not change the rest of the flow)
• Take laptop out and leave out overnight.
• Come back in the morning plug laptop back into docking station
• Power light on laptop is slowly blinking red
• Move mouse and type on keyboard - nothing happens
• Press power button on docking station - nothing happens
• Open laptop lid (while still in docking station) - nothing happens
• Press power button on laptop - nothing happens
• Press every key on laptop keyboard (including function keys) - nothing happens
• Light is still blinking slowly on laptop all monitors are black
• Press power button on docking station (or laptop) and hold down for 10 seconds - power light stops blinking
• Press power button again - laptop boots. When I log-in all applications that were open are now closed and I get warning about unsaved data when I open applications.

 

Press the Start button, blue power light blinks once, accessory lights blink once then nothing

I have a HP Elitebook 8740W running Win 10 Pro. When I press the start button the power light on the front of the laptop comes on for 2 seconds, then the accessory lights across the top of the keyboard blinks once, then nothing happens. The screen is blank.
If I hold the Start button down, the power light stays on for about 9 seconds then the accessory lights blink and then the screen is blank.

I have removed the battery and power wire, then held down the Start button for 30 seconds. Put the battery back in and the power plug. No change is anything.

The power light does not come on when the laptop is plugged in.

Any ideas on what to do now.
