Windows 10: my laptop just suddenly crash while i'm on something

    my laptop just suddenly crash while i'm on something


    When I play games like Valorant or Gta5, it will blue screen randomly after a while of playingnot anytimes. The device I'm using is the Gigabyte G5 KC Gaming laptop and I already took it to the manufacturer to get tested and repaired and they said that there were no problems.Also sometime my audio just didn't work while i don't connect to my charge.I'm suspecting it's either a driver issue or faulty ram but I'm not completely sure yet. I also checked all my drivers and updates and I searched up about this problem and in one article I found that I should run DISM.exe which is supposed to scan

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
