Windows 10: My laptop keep disconnecting and loses the internet option

My wifi keeps on disconnecting and it loses the internet option, so i have to restart my laptop multiple times until i get the wifi option back. and also when i play online games like valorant when i just launched the game i will get disconnected and when i close the application i find that the internet option is gone. how do i fix this it also affects my online classes because i'll sudennly get disconneceted. this started when i first updated to windows 11 i thought updating it was the main problem so iredownloaded windows 10 on my laptop but it still keeps on losing the wifi.

Losing internet connection intermittently only on laptop

Internet disconnection

I don't know why I have disconnection while using the Internet. Is it due to the ISP or the router or modem? The modem and router all have lights on. It disconnected for less than 30s then back on.
